Terms and Conditions
This website (“www.readytocook.hk”) operated by Ready To Cook Limited (RTC) is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our service, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
General
RTC shall endeavor to make sure that details, prices and availability of products on this website are up-to-date and reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. All orders are subject to the company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. If any of the products or services in your order we are unable to fulfill, RTC reserves the right to offer alternative substitute products to the customer of similar value and type instead and we will inform you before the order is confirmed.
Personal Information
You are required to provide us with your personal information when making order. After providing the information, you agree that you must provide current, true, accurate and complete information about yourself. If you provide any information that is outdated, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, RTC has the right to refuse your current or future use of its product ordering services. If you would like to change your personal information, please kindly contact us for details.
Confirmation
Once you place your order, RTC’s staff will confirm your delivery order (products, quantities, prices, delivery address and date) on the same or the next working day.
Deficiencies or Damages
Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. Please lodge with RTC if you find any damages or deficiencies.
Title
RTC shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received. All risks in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. We aim to deliver the goods and have the goods received, but we will not bear responsibility for goods left unattended at the customer’s request.
Force Majeure
RTC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, embargoes, revolution, riot, war, government intervention, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of company.
Payment
All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars and according to the order date.
Place order 2 – 3 days before delivery day and pay by 15:00 one day before the delivery date. Late payment would lead to delay of delivery.
All orders are subject to company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.
RTC reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
Pick up in Person
Customers can also pick up in person the products they have ordered. Please confirm with our staff for the pick-up point.

Delivery
Free delivery service is offered for purchase over $500 (except outlying islands and remote areas)
RTC reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. RTC will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time
RTC reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
RTC may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, RTC’s determination shall be final. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
