
英國特選豬扒 1塊 1 piece UK Selected Pork Chop
蘋果1個 1 Apple, diced
蜜糖 1茶匙 1 tsp Honey
紅酒醋 2湯匙 2 tbsps Red Wine Vinegar
紅酒 50g 50g Red Wine
黑醋 1湯匙 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
水 25g 25g Water
做法:
豬扒用鹽和黑胡椒醃30分鐘
大火先煎脂肪,再煎每邊6 – 8分鐘至全熟
Rest 3分鐘
蘋果切丁,加入蜜糖和紅酒醋小火煮1分鐘
【黑醋紅酒汁】 將紅酒和黑醋小火煮至濃稠
擺盤:豬扒上放上蘋果丁,再淋上黑醋汁
Directions:
Marinate pork chop with salt and black pepper for 30mins
Sear the fat cap of the pork chop with high heat, then pan-fry each side for 6 – 8 mins
Let it rest for 3mins
Add the diced apple honey and red wine vinegar to the pan and simmer at low heat for 1min

Put the apple on top of the pork chop and pour the red wine balsamic vinegar sauce on top
