烤焗拼盤配泰式醬

食材及烤焗時間(以220℃烤焗):

西班牙黑毛豬梅花肉:加上香草鹽,兩邊共烤24分鐘

美國安格斯認證牛肋骨:加上黑椒鹽,烤12分鐘

珍寶大虎蝦:剪開蝦背殼去腸,加入蒜蓉海鹽,烤10分鐘

(炭火燒更正!)

泰式醬料 –

食材:

半杯芫茜碎及蔥

2粒蒜頭

1粒紅蔥頭

半湯匙蜜糖

1湯匙青檸汁

1湯匙蘋果醋

兩隻小紅辣椒

做法:

放入攪拌機打碎,即成

Grilled Platter with Thai Sauce

Ingredients and grilled time (at 220℃):

Spain Iberico Pork Pluma: Season with herb salt and grill both sides for 24 minutes in total

US CAB Rib: Season with black pepper salt and grill for 12 minutes

Black Tiger Shrimp: Devein and add in minced garlic and sea salt, then grill for 10 minutes

Sauce – 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup parsley and green onion

2 garlic cloves

1 dry onion

1/2 tbspoon honey

1 tbspoon lime juice

1 tbspoon apple cider vinegar

2 chili peppers

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender
