西班牙黑毛豬仔骨

烤肉醬

古斯米

清水

清雞湯

意大利粉醬

橄欖油

做法:

【烤西班牙黑毛豬仔骨】

  1. 用烤肉醬醃豬仔骨4小時或以上
  2. 用錫紙包好豬仔骨,肉的一面向下,放入已預熱焗爐以200℃烤1小時 
  3. 打開錫紙,以220℃烤10分鐘
  4. 將豬仔骨反轉,骨向上,以220℃烤10分鐘
  5. 取出Rest 5分鐘

【古斯米】

  1. 古斯米、清水及清雞湯以1:0.5:0.5比例浸1小時
  2. 拌入約2湯匙意大利粉醬及橄欖油調味
  3. 放在焗爐以200℃焗30分鐘*

*古斯米可在烤豬仔骨時剩下的30分鐘同時焗

Grilled Spain Iberico Spare Ribs with Coucous

Ingredients:

Spain Iberico Spare Ribs

BBQ Sauce

Couscous

Water

Chicken Broth

Pasta Sauce

Olive Oil

Directions:

Grilled Spain Iberico Spare Ribs

  1. Marinate spare ribs with BBQ sauce for over 4 hours.
  2. Wrap the spare ribs with aluminum foil and grill for 1 hour with the meat side facing down at 200℃ for 1 hour.
  3. Open the foil and grill the spare ribs at 220℃ for 10 mins.
  4. Flip the spare ribs and grill at 220℃ for 10 mins.
  5. Take out the spare ribs and rest for 5 mins.

【Couscous】

  1. Soak couscous with water and chicken broth at the ration of 1:0.5:0.5 for 1 hour
  2. Stir in about 2 tbsps pasta sauce and olive oil and mix well
  3. Bake in the oven at 200℃ for 30 mins

*The couscous can be baked with the spare ribs in the last 30 mins
