泰式燒西班牙黑毛豬頰肉 (豬頸肉)

食材:

西班牙黑毛豬頰肉 (一包兩塊約320 g)

醃料:

半杯芫茜碎及蔥、2粒蒜頭、1粒紅蔥頭、

1湯匙生抽、1湯匙魚露、半湯匙蜜糖、

1湯匙玫瑰露酒、1湯匙青檸汁及半湯匙麻油

做法:

將豬頰肉醃兩小時以上

放入已預熱焗爐200°C,每邊焗10分鐘,過程需淋醃料汁最少兩次

泰式醬料 ]

材料:

半杯芫茜碎及蔥、2粒蒜頭、1粒紅蔥頭、

半湯匙蜜糖、1湯匙青檸汁、1湯匙萍果醋及兩隻小紅辣椒

做法:

將材料放入攪拌機打碎

Thai-style Grilled Spain Iberico Pork Jowl Meat

[ Grilled Pork Jowl Meat ]

Ingredients:

Spain Iberico Pork Jowl Meat (2 pieces weighted 320g per pack)

Marinade:

1/2 cup Coriander and Green Onion, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Shallot

1 tbspoon Soy Sauce, 1 tbspoon Fish Sauce, 1/2 tbspoon Honey,

1 tbsp Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, 1 tbspoon Lime Juice, 1/2 tbspoon Sesame Oil

Directions:

  1. Marinade the meat over 2 hours
  2. Preheat the oven at 200°C and grilled each side of the meat for 10 minutes. Pour the marinade for at least two times from time to time

[ Sauce ]

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Coriander and Green Onion, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Shallot

1/2 tbspoon Honey, 1 tbspoon Lime Juice, 1 tbspoon Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 Chili Peppers

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
