意大利巴馬火腿片 4 – 6 片
沙律菜 適量
細水牛芝士球 (Mini Mozzarella Cheese Balls) 4 – 6個
車厘茄 適量
罐頭水蜜桃 2 – 3 件
無花果黑醋醬 適量
做法:
- 將沙律菜印乾水份
- 水牛芝士及水蜜桃用廚房紙印乾水份後切成小片
- 車厘茄去蒂切半
- 沙律菜放底,然後放上車厘茄、水牛芝士及水蜜桃片
- 唧上適量無花果黑醋醬
- 最後將意大利巴馬火腿片捲成一朶花形,放上面就完成
Parma Ham with Mozzarella Cheese and Peaches Salad
Ingredients (2 servings):
4 – 6 Slices Italy Parma Ham
Mixed Vegetables
4 – 6 Mini Mozzarella Cheese Balls
Cherry Tomato
2 – 3 pieces Canned Peach
Balsamic Glaze with Figs
Directions:
- Drain the vegetables
- Pat dry the mini mozzarella cheese balls and canned peaches with paper towel and slice them
- Halve the cherry tomatoes
- Put the vegetables in the bottom, then cherry tomatoes, cheese and peaches
- Season with Balsamic Glaze with Figs
- Roll the Italy Parma Ham slices and put onto the top
